This week we will be working on a tiny research project focused on a career you would like to pursue after high school.

Schedule:

Monday: Project guidelines, notes, choose career
Tuesday: Practice citations, start PowerPoint
Wednesday: Work Day: Find 3 total sources and create PowerPoint
Thursday: Work Day: Find 3 total sources and create PowerPoint
Friday: No School!
Monday: Finish PowerPoint and make presentable/attractive

Career Projects Due Tuesday 4/2: Present to Class

Week of March 11- March 15

This is the week of reading and writing:  we will be choosing 4th quarter independent books and editing and writing final drafts of the Death of a Salesman essay.

Schedule:

Monday: Book talks in library; choose novel to read for 4th quarter project
Tuesday: Read book: 20 minutes; Discuss essay rubric and rough drafts
Wednesday: Peer Edit Day
Thursday: Type Essays
Friday: Type Essays

It's almost the end of the nine weeks, which means we are just about finished with our Death of a Salesman unit.  This week we will be presenting book projects Monday and Tuesday and then reviewing for the  Death of a Salesman test on Thursday.

Tuesday: Finish presentations
Wednesday: Review for Death of a Salesman Exam: Review HERE
Thursday: Death of a Salesman Exam (80 major); finish any presentations
Friday: No School -- end of 9 weeks grades due
