Monday 28th: 
-Chapters 17 and 18 Socratic Seminar
-Turn in close read for article, chart, and seminar notes for a grade

Tuesday 29th: 
-Read and discuss chapter 19 (117-125)
Homework: Finish the reading

Wednesday 30th: 
-Read and discuss chapter 20 (126-135)
-Homework: Finish reading

Thursday 31st: 
-Read and discuss chapters 21 and 22 (135-150)
-Homework: Finish reading

Friday 1st: 
-Read and discuss chapters 23 and 24 (151-163)
-Homework: Finish reading, reading quiz Monday

Week of October 21-25: Parent/Teacher Conferences Short Week

Here is the schedule for the week:

Monday 21st: 
-Reading/Work Day: Finish chapters 1-8 and study guide (due end of hour)

Tuesday 22nd: 
-Chapters 17 and 18 (pp. 95-116): read and take notes on vocabulary and plot
Homework: Finish the reading section (use online book or borrow one)

Wednesday 23rd: Parent/Teacher Conferences 4-8pm
-Reading quiz over 17-18
-Read "Hatfields and McCoys" article and prep for seminar Monday
Homework: Finish marking up article and complete the comparison chart

Thursday 24th: P/T Conferences 8am-8pm
No School!

Friday 25th:

Tuesday 15th: Reading Day: Huck Finn chapters 1-4

Wednesday 16th: Chapters 1-4 due, discuss, start chapters 5-8
Homework: Finish Close Read #7 and summary for tomorrow

Thursday 17th: Close Read Due, discuss, finish study guide for Monday.
Homework: study guide 1-8 due Monday

Have all late minor assignments turned in today for credit!
